The new Alfa Romeo Giulietta is introduced in Geneva Auto Show 2010 last March. This automobile will be made more oriented as a family car than the sporty one because the age range of the users is between 27-40 years old. That is why Alfa Romeo Giulietta is made in only one model with five doors. In USA this Alfa Romeo Giulietta will be called as Milano and will be made in USA itself.

As the replacement of Alfa Romeo 147, this automobile with a nickname Milano or Alfa Romeo 149 is made with more innovations and features. The most special features are about the safety and driving comforts. Alfa Romeo Giulietta is specially designed to get praise from the market and five rating stars from EuroNCAP for the safety features. It is completed with electronic stability control, vehicle dynamic control, Q2 electronic differential, and dynamic steering torque.

 

There is something special in Geneva Auto Show last march. On this big auto event, many car manufactures whether European, American or Asian introduce their hybrid technology. Lotus is just one of the car manufactures that brings and introduces their hybrid technology. This British manufacture apparently does not want to miss their chance to introduce their capability in building friendly environment car.

Lotus brings its 414E Hybrid. Built into Lotus Evora that launched last year, this British manufacture tries to revolutionize it. The hybrid engine put in 414E is able to give maximum performance of sports car. This engine claimed can give acceleration to 60 mph in less than 4 seconds but still gives good handling. This type is using a lithium polymer battery pack that gives 35 miles of pure electric range. With the additional gasoline installed on it, this car can use those two power sources up to 300 miles.

 

Along with the demand, car manufactures from all over the world seem to compete by introducing and show off their Hybrid technology. In Geneva Auto Show 2010 last march, many car manufactures show off their capabilities in building this eco friendly technology. Almost all car manufactures launch and introducing their hybrid technology to the world.

The global economy recess happens few years ago do not affect car manufactures. Even the buying power of people is weakened, but car manufactures feel that it does not prevent them to be more creative. They understand that people’s financial condition is getting worse, it pushed them to create simple and low budget car model. They do not forget to introduce their hybrid technology that known as the most eco friendly technology in car. To increase peoples’ enthusiasm, car manufactures that join the Geneva Auto Show 2010 bring their superior products. They introduce the re-package of it or giving new touches on engine segment.
